Strategic Prince Paul Cole's son of Dansili can show a lightning fast acceleration, but only if the ground is 'good to firm' or better. Third in the Dewhurst, on ground a bit softer than preferred was a solid result, but his speed suggests that a mile may be a bit too much. I would like to see him go for one of the big sprints at the Royal Ascot meeting. A 6f or 7f Group 1 is not out of the question on fast ground.
The fact that this was a late foal, indicates that his scope for improvement is profound, especially when taking into account his explosive turn of foot in the July Stakes.
